This was the 12th LPGA Tour title of her, but after 2014, this was the first one she had. Lewis said, from her win amount, she will donate $195,000 to the relief efforts. The sponsor of Lewis, KMPG, also committed to donate the same amount to the cause.
On the other has at Calgary, Scott McCarron won the Shaw Charity Classic (SCC) event in, Canada, and this became his fourth title of the PGA Tour Championship. With a three-under 67 McCarron closed and beat Miguel Angel Jimenez by one stroke at the Canyon Meadows. Meanwhile, McCarron, 52, matched with Bernhard Langer to get the lead in the season victory.
Haydn Porteous, who is from South Africa shot a three-under 69 to and won the Czech Masters for his second European Tour title.
